Strength Cycle: Will run for 3 weeks of intensive instruction. Each athlete will be evaluated and monitored daily with individual computerized sheets with specific weights and repetitions. Athletes will be monitored and trained for technique and safety.

Power Cycle: Will run for 3 weeks of instensive instruction. Each athlete will be prepared physically for the upcoming school year and competition seasons. Premise of the cycle is in flexibility, and sport specific quickness and conditioning.

The Tascosa Weight Room is open to all students. Operation hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Thursday

Our purpose is to provide a tool to help teach and instill positive character traits. Our entire program of instruction will be taught in small group settings. Team competitions & games on the final day.

The primary purpose of Lady Rebel Camp is to provide young ladies an opportunity to improve their basketball skills. The camp program stresses fundamentals of basketball, sportsmanship, self-confidence, and team play.

Camp will consist of drills, contests, and game situations which will help each girl improve their skills. Time will be set aside for "Lets talk basketball". Sessions will be held to talk about attitude, leadership, & enthusiasm. Fundamentals of the game will be stressed daily.

The volleyball camp will combine individual, position and team training. Session I will include grades 3-6 and Session II will include grades 7-incoming 9th graders. All players will participate in one session per day and each player will receive a T-shirt.

The camp instructors are coaches from Tascosa, Austin, Houston, & de Zavala Middle Schools. All workouts are prepared and conducted by Head Coach Scott Sandel and will teach skills and fundamentals that are taught by the Tascosa Volleyball Program.

This camp will focus on the fundamental skills essential for wrestling. The daily schedule will be beginner friendly, while at the same time providing insight to more advanced wrestlers. It is our goal that each camper will leave at the end of the week with a set of drills that can be used throughout the summer should they decide to compete in wrestling during the upcoming school year.
